About Nkiruka

Engineer by training. Problem solver by nature. Based in Fredericton, NB.

I am Nkiruka Ogbu. I hold a Master of Engineering degree in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship, a Lean Six Sigma certification, and have spent over eight years working at the intersection of data, systems, and the people who depend on them.

My career spans public sector, healthcare, and technology environments across two continents. I have built dashboards that executives rely on daily, designed workflows that eliminated hours of manual work, and sat in enough stakeholder meetings to understand that the gap between a good idea and a working system is almost always a process problem.

That operational experience is what I bring to every client engagement. I do not just understand automation tools. I understand how real organizations work, where the friction lives, and what it actually takes to build something people will use.

Outside of work I am a mother of two who believes that the best systems, whether in business or in life, are the ones that give people back their time for what actually matters.

I started this consulting practice because I wanted to take everything I had learned inside large organizations and make it available to the small businesses that need it most but rarely have access to it. Every client I work with gets my full attention, my honest assessment, and a solution built specifically for how their business actually operates.
